Quality control has been a very important part of Coffee Growers for the Cooperativa de Cafetaleros of Ciudad Barrios, and starts from harvesting to export abroad, or internal distribution, within El Salvador.
Laboratory
We have properly equipped laboratory with specialized staff that allows strict quality control, also serves as a vital tool for feedback of information between our demanding customers and our partners for the constant improvement of quality.
Gathering
Quality control during the collection is the receiving step, which allows us to control moisture, color uniformity, smell, among other defects.
Export
Quality Control for the export process, the sample is verified during the process according to the customer's requirements.
Toasted
Quality Control for roasted coffee; the raw material used in the roasted-ground coffee industry which is oriented to the regional and national market.
